I’m testing the linedrawer we are planning to use for texturemapping. By WE I mean new demoscene group called ‘lume’. Nothing more about that yet.
This demo shows 512 beings drawing worms into random directions. The name comes from the way they spread all over the scene.

This may sounds strange, but it seems that I have forgotten to mention about this global honour I received few months ago. Some of my works are shown in e-magazine called New Web Pick. I’m one of the artists at ‘Special Report: Global Young Digital Designers’. This magazine have 2 000 000 readers. :O

Last winter I also had a privilege to be in a project for Save the Children charityorganization. Lauluja lapsilta -project was a songwrite competition for children. The concept was that children age of 8-12 writes a song and professional artists adjust and perform them. The concert was on last Saturday and it was marvelous!
I decided to start building a new canvas for my AS3.0 experimentals. The Cosmos would turn from AS2 to AS3 in few days, but I cannot find motivation to go into it anymore. I would probably just change the whole thing into something else and that would kill that little experiment. And Cosmos have many problems in usabilty and performance. Those are just what code experimentals would desperately need. So, I have a new interface idea. I’m goingto create a brand new canvas just for ActionScript 3.0 experiments. The Cosmos will remain place for graphics. This project may take from less then a month to few years. :)
The money in web-advertisement is increasing rapidly and only effective platform is Flash. 2006 will be the first year that radio and newspaper ads lose to Internet. In near future every data in the world will come through net. We probably receive them to our old TVs and mobiles, but the data will be shown with technology that supports all of the platforms. The perfect choise for that is flash.
It’s no surprise that market have desperate need for these workers.
